The Financial Advice Jamie Foxx Gave His Daughters

Jamie Foxx is a funny, charming and handsome American actor whose on-stage persona is quite different from real life. Foxx is a modest spender when it comes to fashion and clothing, but when it comes to food and groceries, Foxx is anything but frugal. The handsome star spends much of his earnings on good-quality organic food from Ralphs and the freshest farmers markets.

Grocery shopping in the Foxx household is usually a family affair. The actor employs the help of his two daughters to buy all the groceries they need in bulk to avoid too many trips to the supermarket. His eldest daughter often has very few requests when it comes to food items, which is understandable considering the fact that she is a successful model who has to constantly watch her figure.

Jamie doesn’t really believe in giving his kids ‘free money’. They must do their daily chores and help around the house in order to earn their pocket money. This way he is teaching them important financial principles that they will help them in their lives when they grow up. He teaches his eldest daughter who is an adult that she should always offer to split the check on a date. The girls have learned to be frugal in their spending even if they are blessed with a large fortune.

Foxx started as stand-up comedian before he graduated to singing and acting. By 2001, he was an established entertainer in the industry. In 2017, along with David Schottenstein, they celebrated the launch  of Privé Revaux in New York City. Privé Revaux has attracted celebrities even though it is deals on affordable eyewear products.
