Here’s Why You Should Consider Buying Adam Levine’s $47.5-Million Mansion

When it is cold outside and you got nobody to love, you may want to consider buying a new warm abode, and since we’re singing his song, why not check out Adam Levine’s Beverly Hills mansion?

The Maroon 5 frontman and his wife Behati Prinsloo have put their Loma Vista Drive property on the market after buying it March last year for $33.9 million.

The couple also spent more or less $8 million for flipping the 10,376-square-foot house that according to the listing is the ideal place if you’re looking for exclusivity and privacy on a gated community with Old Hollywood vibes but equipped with modern and updated amenities.

Old Hollywood with Modern Touch

If you have $47.5 million to spare and happen to be a big fan of the band, then this house might be made for your dreams. But even if you’re not bopping your head to “Girls Like You,” you might still see the property as eye-popping with its five bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

The two-story home, which was built in 1933, has pristine wall moldings, dark wood floorings, a large 50-square-foot living room, and a formal dining hall with its own adjacent bar.

The bar leads to the modern kitchen juxtaposing the vieux riche feels in the main entrance. The kitchen is straight from the future with stainless steel appliance. Near the kitchen are a spacious family room and media room with what seems to be an indoor patio surrounded by steel-framed glass double doors. These rooms also have drop-down ceilings suited for the vintage Hollywood ambiance of the house.

Beverly Hills Allure

Among the five bedrooms is a 2,000-square-foot master suite with an attached bath. The Beverly Hills allure is best exhibited on the ensuite bath with a bright sitting area perfect for doing skin care and a separate room for a freestanding black bathtub enclosed in wooden frame glass double doors.

The house also has a walk-in closet made warm with the combination of reflective mirrors and pale wood for the shelves, frame, and closet doors contrasting the darker wood floor.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Hollywood house without an extravagant screening room and office both with darker walls compared to the rest of the house. Levine and Prinsloo styled the office fit for a rock star with a framed Banksy graffiti hanged on all-black paneled walls.

Real Estate Players

The glitz, glamour, and sophistication of a 90210 residence are also best encapsulated outside with its oval-shaped pool, tennis court, outdoor kitchen, and also a pizza oven. To top it all off, the property also boasts its guest house and gym.

The couple has been big real estate players having just sold two of their other Beverly Hills properties last year, one of which amounted to $13.5 million and was sold to “Your Body Is a Wonderland” singer John Mayer.

Aside from selling properties, the “She Will Be Loved” singer and the Victoria Secret Angel also recently bought a Pacific Palisades house from former couple Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck which costs $32 million.
